Body Combat
Feel the burn with this aerobic training programme of martial arts origin. Will inprove your co-ordination, cardiovascular, muscular strength and flexibility. Burn up to 800 kcal per session !
Body Balance
Training of the mind and body to help reduce stress, while improving your strength, flexibility, balance, posture and concentration. Based upon the principles of Pilates, Yoga & Tai-Chi.
Step
Trainers program usiing the step to increase your cardiovascular fitness. Using choreography, the class challenges yourco-ordination, reaction time, memory & concentration.
Pilates
Class focusing on posture alignment and breathing. Increasing strengt, flexibility and toning. Ideal for those with back problems.
Spinning
Aerobic training of high intensity on static bikes, moving to the rhythm of the best music.
