Train for the sport of life. Functional Training is a dynamic, movement-based class designed to build a body that looks, feels, and performs at its absolute best. Instead of isolating single muscles on machines, this class focuses on compound movement patterns—pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, and carrying—that mimic real-world physical demands and athletic activities. By utilising a versatile mix of free weights, resistance bands, suspension trainers, and bodyweight exercises, you will eliminate muscular imbalances, bulletproof your joints against injury, and develop true, usable power. What to Expect: Duration: 45–60 Minutes of purposeful, high-yield movement. The Focus: Multi-joint strength, core stability, balance, and spatial awareness. The Vibe: Engaging, athletic, and highly interactive, with a focus on mastering proper form and mechanics. Everyone is Welcome! No Experience Required: Functional fitness is entirely scalable.
